Yes. You can keep using CrowFlip for free. You receive 30 credits per day, which currently covers about 3 standard listings or 15 deal scans.

How does the Deal Scanner work?

Enter your purchase price and photograph the item or upload an existing image. CrowFlip identifies the product, compares active eBay listings and shows a conservative price range, estimated profit, ROI and BUY / GAMBLE / LEAVE. You can then use the sold-items link for a manual cross-check.

How can I transfer photos from phone to desktop?

Use CrowDrop: choose ‘Upload from phone’ in the upload area and scan the QR code with your phone. The photos are transferred directly into your current CrowFlip session.

Why are my images not uploading?

We support JPG, PNG, and WEBP up to 5MB. Make sure to upload no more than 8 images per listing.

How much does a scan cost?

Credit cost depends on scan type: **Purchase Check** = 2 credits, **Standard Scan** = 10 credits, **Deep Scan** (Advanced AI) = 25 credits. With Starter (500 credits), you can create around 50 listings.

How can I earn credits for free?

Through the "Earn per Evidence" program: if manufacturer data is missing, upload a proof photo of the label. After admin review, you get 5 credits.

Do earned credits expire?

No. Purchased (Starter) and earned (Rewards) credits do not expire. Only monthly Pro subscription credits reset at month end.

What is the difference between Starter and Pro?

**Starter** is prepaid (one-time): 500 credits that never expire. **Pro** is a subscription (29€/month): 2,500 credits per month plus advanced features like automatic legal texts.

CrowFlip can add selected notice and required-field blocks based on the information you provide. This can make listing preparation easier, but it is not a substitute for individual legal review.

Can I print shipping labels via CrowFlip?

At the moment we focus on listing creation. Shipping continues via eBay, DHL, or your preferred carrier. Integration is planned, see changelog updates.

Do you support label printers like Dymo or Zebra?

Since we do not print labels yet, this is currently not relevant. Once shipping is integrated, we plan to support common label printers.

Accounts are currently user-bound. You can still sign in on multiple devices at the same time (e.g., desktop and warehouse phone).

Do I receive VAT invoices?

Yes. For every purchase (credits or subscription), you receive a proper VAT invoice from our partner Lemon Squeezy by email.

Stored listing content is kept in encrypted form. For AI generation, data is processed only for the required processing step.

Without your key, we cannot access encrypted listing content in plain text. Technically required metadata may be processed by the system.
