Is CrowFlip free?

Yes. Your Free account is topped up to at least 30 credits daily, enough for up to 3 standard listings or 15 deal scans from that balance. You can store at most 5 listings at a time. The photo studio and preparing multiple listings are included; normal AI credit costs apply per item.

How does the Deal Scanner work?

Enter your purchase price and photograph the item or upload an existing image. CrowFlip identifies the product, compares active eBay listings and shows a conservative price range, estimated profit, ROI and BUY / GAMBLE / LEAVE. You can then use the sold-items link for a manual cross-check.

How can I transfer photos from phone to desktop?

Use CrowDrop: choose ‘Upload from phone’ in the upload area and scan the QR code with your phone. The photos are transferred directly into your current CrowFlip session.

Why are my images not uploading?

We support JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC up to 12 MB per photo. Upload no more than 8 images per listing. If an HEIC photo cannot be processed, select it again as JPG or PNG.

How do I prepare several listings from my photos?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes cropping, straightening, rotation, mirroring, rule-of-thirds guides, exposure, highlights and shadows. Apply a look across a series and remove backgrounds locally in your browser.

Upload up to 60 photos and assign 4–6 to each item. Group them yourself or review an AI suggestion for 5 credits per batch. CrowFlip then creates a draft per item with images, title, description and price guidance.

Standard costs 10 credits and Deep Scan costs 25 credits per item. Local photo editing costs no credits.

Price guidance uses active eBay asking prices; a search link lets you check sold items yourself. Review drafts before publishing. Free accounts store up to five listings at a time.

Can I continue a photo batch later?

Yes, in the same browser. Batches, originals and presets are stored locally, so you can continue working on unfinished items after reloading. The local batch is unavailable on another device or after clearing browser data. Successfully saved listing drafts belong to your CrowFlip account.

Can I use CrowFlip in ChatGPT yet?

The ChatGPT app, MCP interface and plugin package are in development and are not publicly available yet. The first version reads authorized credits, draft previews, job status and active eBay asking prices. It does not upload photos, create new listings or publish anything. How much does a scan cost?

Credit cost depends on scan type: **Purchase Check** = 2 credits, **Standard Scan** = 10 credits, **Deep Scan** (Advanced AI) = 25 credits. With Starter (500 credits), you can create around 50 listings.

How can I earn credits for free?

Through the "Earn per Evidence" program: if manufacturer data is missing, upload a proof photo of the label. After admin review, you get 5 credits.

Credits do not automatically expire at month end. At each paid monthly renewal, your total balance is topped up to at least 2,500 credits (Pro) or 10,000 credits (Business). Open “Manage subscription” in settings to cancel or access invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your paid features remain available until then.

Why can't I see GPSR data?

Automatic GPSR field completion is included in Starter, Pro and Business. On Free, enter the details yourself. The public GPSR field check helps review the fields. A documented company contact does not automatically confirm the manufacturer or EU responsible-person role for your specific product; review the role, product scope and details before use.

What are automatic legal texts?

Pro and Business automatically add battery/electronics notice blocks based on your inputs. Every plan lets you add and edit text manually. Review the details before publishing; these blocks do not replace an individual legal review.

Can I print shipping labels via CrowFlip?

At the moment we focus on listing creation. Shipping continues via eBay, DHL, or your preferred carrier. Integration is planned, see changelog updates.

Do you support label printers like Dymo or Zebra?

Since we do not print labels yet, this is currently not relevant. Once shipping is integrated, we plan to support common label printers.

Can I use CrowFlip with my team?

All plans, including Business, are for one personal account. You can use that account on multiple devices of your own. Separate team members, shared workspaces and roles are not included.

Do I receive VAT invoices?

Yes. For every purchase (credits or subscription), you receive a proper VAT invoice from our partner Lemon Squeezy by email.

How do I transfer drafts to eBay, Vinted or Kleinanzeigen?

Accepted Answer

For eBay, connect your seller account through the official API. After reviewing a supported listing, you can publish or edit it from CrowFlip. For Vinted and Kleinanzeigen, transfer titles and descriptions yourself. There is no direct publishing, order retrieval or automatic inventory sync for those platforms.

Is there a native iOS/Android app?

We use modern PWA technology. You can install CrowFlip via "Add to Home Screen" and use it like an app without app-store updates.

Do you store my listings?

Stored listing content is kept in encrypted form. For AI generation, data is processed only for the required processing step.

Without your key, we cannot access encrypted listing content in plain text. Technically required metadata may be processed by the system.
