How does the purchase check work?

It is simple: 1) Upload product photos. 2) Our AI analyzes and creates the listing. 3) Click "Export to eBay" and our Sidekick extension fills fields automatically. You can also copy and paste title/description manually.

How can I transfer photos from phone to desktop?

Use **CrowDrop**: click "Upload from mobile" in the upload area and scan the QR code. Your photos appear directly in the editor without an app, cloud sync, or cable.

Why are my images not uploading?

We support JPG, PNG, and WEBP up to 5MB. Make sure to upload no more than 8 images per listing.

How much does a scan cost?

Credit cost depends on scan type: **Purchase Check** = 2 credits, **Standard Scan** = 10 credits, **Deep Scan** (Advanced AI) = 25 credits. With Starter (500 credits), you can create around 50 listings.

How can I earn credits for free?

Through the "Earn per Evidence" program: if manufacturer data is missing, upload a proof photo of the label. After admin review, you get 5 credits.

No. Purchased (Starter) and earned (Rewards) credits do not expire. Only monthly Pro subscription credits reset at month end.

Can I print shipping labels via CrowFlip?

At the moment we focus on listing creation. Shipping continues via eBay, DHL, or your preferred carrier. Integration is planned, see changelog updates.

Accounts are currently user-bound. You can still sign in on multiple devices at the same time (e.g., desktop and warehouse phone).
