1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between CrowFlip ("Provider") and the user ("Customer"). The service is intended for consumers and businesses using the tool to support their commerce operations. These terms apply exclusively.
2. Subject matter
CrowFlip provides a software solution that uses artificial intelligence to generate product descriptions, titles, and additional listing data for marketplaces. The service may also access product databases (e.g. EAN and GPSR-related data).
3. AI disclaimer & EU AI Act
The service uses generative AI. Outputs are synthetic and may contain errors. The customer is responsible for reviewing all outputs (texts, titles, data) for factual and legal correctness before use.
CrowFlip explicitly assumes no liability for:
- Warnings, fines, or damage claims from third parties.
- Copyright or trademark infringements in generated content.
- Account suspensions on marketplaces (e.g. eBay).
Note: Under AI regulation logic, the user acts as operator/end user and bears full responsibility for publishing generated content.
4. Contract conclusion & payment
Contracts for paid subscriptions or credit packages are processed through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
By clicking "Buy" / "Subscribe" (or an equivalent label) in the Lemon Squeezy checkout, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when Lemon Squeezy confirms the transaction.
5. Term & cancellation
Subscriptions (Pro/Business) run for an indefinite period and can be canceled monthly at the end of each billing cycle. Prepaid packages (Starter) are one-time purchases without recurring term.
6. Withdrawal right
As CrowFlip provides immediately usable digital content, the customer agrees that contract execution may begin before the withdrawal period ends, which may result in expiry of the withdrawal right.
7. Availability & warranty
We target 99% annual average availability. Maintenance windows will be announced. Warranty claims are governed by applicable law unless otherwise stated in these terms.
8. Product data & GPSR
Product information provided by CrowFlip, including manufacturer information relevant for GPSR compliance, is based on automated analysis. While we aim for high accuracy, CrowFlip does not guarantee complete correctness of this data.
The user (seller) remains solely responsible for checking legal compliance of published listings.
9. Final provisions
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered seat, if the customer is a merchant under applicable law.
