Prepare photos and listing drafts together, with clearer pricing, credit top-ups and plan limits.

• Photo studio in every plan: Crop, straighten, rotate, mirror, use rule-of-thirds guides and adjust exposure, highlights and shadows. Apply looks across a series and retain originals locally.
• Device pipeline: Group up to 60 photos in upload order, assign 4–6 photos per device and adjust the groups. Optimized images, titles, descriptions and price guidance are saved as drafts for review.
• Market data and limits: Price guidance comes from active eBay listings; check sold items through a search link. No automatic publication or background removal. Unprocessed groups last only for the open session.
• Costs: No extra credits for image editing; each device uses 10 credits for Standard or 25 for Deep Scan. Free stores up to five listings at a time; every plan is for one account.
• Subscription balance: Paid monthly renewals top the total balance up to at least 2,500 (Pro) or 10,000 (Business). Remaining, Starter and reward credits count towards this balance; higher balances are preserved. Prices are unchanged.
• Plan boundaries: Automatic battery/electronics notices consistently require Pro or Business for generation, refinement and the editor. Every plan supports manual text editing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Active listings, an orders view and optional read-only sync extend the journey from product photos to listing drafts.

• Active listings: View listings from your seller account, including those created directly on eBay. API inventory and drafts remain clearly separate.
• Orders: A live view of the last 30 days; optional background sync starts with a 90-day window, then reads updates. No buyer addresses in the orders view or sync copy.
• Read-only sync: The server schedule is active and verified with a real seller account. Timestamps and error notices show actual fetch status. Each account opts in separately.
• Timing: The worker checks every five minutes. Completed streams become due again no sooner than 15 minutes later; larger accounts require batches. Not a real-time promise.
• Clear limits: Offer edits and shipment submissions remain separate confirmation actions. The shipment workflow was tested with synthetic data, not a real shipment submission. No automatic invoices, returns or cross-marketplace stock sync.
• Product overview: The new eBay integration page explains features, permissions and limitations in German and English.

The invoice editor now waits for the saved draft before allowing input on startup.

• Invoice drafts: Early input is no longer replaced by the form's subsequent initialization.
• Verification: A browser test with delayed JavaScript checks startup, editing and restoring the saved draft.

Edit inventory items and fixed-price offers from your connected eBay account directly in CrowFlip.

• Edit items: Update titles, item descriptions and total stock. Before saving, CrowFlip fetches the current eBay data and checks for intervening changes.
• Manage offers: Edit price, offer quantity and offer descriptions for supported fixed-price offers. Other data, including shipping and return policies, is preserved.
• End an offer: Take published fixed-price offers off sale after explicit confirmation. Other offers for the same item remain unchanged.
• First publication: The publishing flow now correctly creates an offer when none exists. Ambiguous existing configurations are caught before changes are sent.
• Clear feedback: Stale data and unconfirmed eBay responses require another check; write actions are never retried automatically.
• Scope: Supports items managed through the Inventory API. Orders, shipping fulfillment, fees, messages and returns are not yet included.
