For business sellers, eBay's final value fee combines a variable category percentage and a fixed per-order amount. The current fixed component is €0.35 up to and including €10, and €0.45 above €10.
Selected tech and standard categories use a 5% rate for specific eligible used/refurbished conditions from 1 July 2026. The calculator therefore never applies that rate automatically.
eBay lists seller fees excluding VAT. Whether VAT on the fee is an economic cost to you depends on your tax position, so the calculator lets you include or exclude it explicitly.
Shop discounts, special categories, ads, optional features and seller status can change the real invoice. Verify the exact eBay category when the margin is tight.
