Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your withdrawal right, you must inform us (CrowFlip / Andy Shek, c/o Impressumservice Dein-Impressum, Stettiner Str. 41, 35410 Hungen, Germany, email: [email protected]) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Expiry of withdrawal right

For contracts regarding the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal right also expires if performance has begun after the consumer has:

• expressly agreed that performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period, and
• acknowledged that by this consent, they lose their withdrawal right once performance begins.
