What you can do with the connection
Read
View orders
The live view queries the last 30 days. Optional background sync starts with a 90-day window, then reads updates. Payment and fulfillment status remain separate; these views neither display nor store buyer addresses.

Sync without changing offers
Enable background sync in the orders view. See saved counts, successful batches and completed passes. On failure, the last good snapshot is retained and is not presented as a new successful fetch.
Separate write actions
Manage supported offers
Save drafts and publish supported offers after your review. Editable fields depend on the eBay listing model: API inventory supports more fields, while eligible existing Trading fixed-price offers allow limited price and quantity updates. Auctions and variations are not universally supported for editing.
Regular sync, not a real-time promise
The server checks for due work every five minutes. A completed data stream becomes due again no sooner than 15 minutes later. Larger accounts are processed in batches and can take longer. Use the timestamps and error notices in your dashboard, not just an enabled toggle.
How to set up the connection

Connect your account
Sign in to CrowFlip and open Settings → Connections. Approve access on eBay through OAuth. You do not enter your eBay password in CrowFlip.

Check permissions and listings
Reading orders requires the relevant permission; an older connection may need renewed consent. Publishing also requires the necessary eBay account settings, business policies and a confirmed inventory location.

Choose to enable sync
Open eBay → Orders, load sync status and enable background sync. Then check the timestamps. “Disable & delete sync copy” removes the stored sync copy, not your eBay listings.
What the integration does not promise
- Not a complete eBay replacement: returns, refunds, messages and payout reconciliation are not part of this workflow.
- No cross-marketplace inventory sync. For Vinted and Kleinanzeigen, you create copy to transfer yourself; there is no equivalent account or order integration.
- No automatic invoices from eBay orders and no shipping-label purchases. The PDF invoice generator is a separate tool.
Writing is a separate step
Offer edits and shipment submissions are not background-sync tasks. Write actions require the relevant permissions and your explicit confirmation. An uncertain eBay response does not trigger an automatic second write.
Read-only sync was verified with a real seller account. The shipment workflow has so far been tested with synthetic data, not a real shipment submission. This is not a claim of fully live-verified fulfillment.
