Vinted Germany Fees 2026: Seller Costs & Buyer Protection
Last reviewed: 08/10/2026
Quick answer
Vinted currently states that regular members pay no selling fee. Buyers using the Vinted checkout system pay a buyer-protection fee shown during checkout. Sellers can still have real costs such as optional promotion, packaging or shipping differences.
Important for commercial sellers in Germany
Vinted says commercial selling is available through Vinted Pro. Its current German help pages list several supported Pro countries, but Germany is not currently included.
A German business should therefore not model Vinted Pro as if it were already available locally. Check Vinted's current country and commercial-selling rules before using it as a business channel.
Who pays the Vinted buyer-protection fee?
Vinted shows the buyer-protection fee to the buyer during checkout. It is separate from the regular seller fee. CrowFlip therefore does not invent a fixed buyer checkout price: the amount shown by Vinted for the specific order remains authoritative.
Calculate Vinted seller costs and net proceeds
For a useful seller calculation, include sale price, real seller fees, optional promotion, packaging, shipping and sourcing cost. The free CrowFlip calculator starts regular German sellers at a EUR 0 selling fee and keeps real optional costs editable.
Practical rule
Only add a seller fee when it exists in your real account or statement, and recheck Vinted's current rules before commercial use.
